Registration

Prior to introducing a substance to the EU market for the first time, it is mandatory to submit an Inquiry dossier to ECHA. Upon completion of this step, the registration procedures for the substance are carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation.

  • Assessment of registration obligations and identification of the relevant substance
  • Review of analytical test results
  • Preparation of Inquiry and Registration Dossiers and their electronic submission to ECHA
  • Acquisition of a Letter of Access (LoA)

RGS PORTAL

Our online data management system, “RGS Portal,” is offered free of charge exclusively to our REACH customers. Through the portal, you can view your substance information, enter your downstream users and tonnage details into the system for quick and secure certificate applications, and share your up-to-date Safety Data Sheets (SDS) with your downstream users.
